These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (this “Document”) governs the legal relationship between BMT International S.A. a Luxembourg company, having its registered office at 89D, rue Pafebruch, 8308 Capellen, Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg company registry under number B184270 (the “Editor”) and you, the user visiting this Site, regarding its content and any eventual collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of users’ (each, a "User") personal data through the website hosted at the address http://www.bmt.lu (this "Site").

The Users’ rights
